This is The Volume Manager FKEY version 2.1. It will allow you to change the speaker volume with only a couple of keystrokes, and it saves time since you won't have to wait for the control panel to load. It has 4 user modes: Switch, Instant, Manual, and Configure. It comes complete with documentation and an installer script to make installing safe and easy.
